There was a lot of buzz about this new product in the market. So i thought i should try it out. So i bought Magicjack [With a US number- since I din't want to pay extra for a Canadian number]. But the Magic jack software did not seem to install. The initial image appeared which said " Downloading - do not unplug" And then it disappeared. So i tried to look around on the magicjack website. There was this upgrade for Windows 7 which i tried but it did not work. So i started a chat with online help for Magicjack and that lady gave me this link to download the actual upgrade [not the windows 7 one which doesn't work]

but still there was this same problem
So I went into the following location
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\mjusbsp
And i saw an uprade folder there. It had two files. upgrade.exe and setup1.exe. I installed both of them And it worked like a charm!! :)
